We process orders Monday-Saturday. Any orders placed after 5pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

There are occasions where we will discard a product that does not meet our strict inspection standards. If this is the case and we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue. We take pride in only providing our customers with the best quality products available.

When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. USPS specifically, has not been updating tracking information correctly for many customers. In a case that you are not seeing an update to your tracking, please contact the shipping provider first as they will have more information than us. Once you’ve contacted the carrier, our support team will be happy to work with you to ensure proper delivery. It’s strange times…but we’re all in this together.
